A broad catalogue of custom products was created for the startup Steeley Studio. These products were made with different materials, like wood and acrylic, and techniques, like epoxy pouring and laser cutting.
All the products that involved laser cutting and engraving were meticulously designed to optimize laser paths and settings, and ensuring enough depth was created in case epoxy was used.
Testing and prototyping was a key step in this project. This allowed to find the best suppliers of materials and parts for manufacturing and shipping.
Once production was covered, marketing, product photography and an online store were the next steps.
Products designed included clocks, Kentucky bourbon barrel lids, coasters and framed maps, as well as completely custom products.
